There are many industries using our compressors, those listed represent a general cross section of different industry types.

Some industries require very specific compressors - like Breathing Air Compressors used to refill scuba diving tanks. Other industries like general manufacturing and marine and offshore, for example, use a range of compressors for different jobs.

A marine application could use a combination of Hydrovane, rotary screw and high pressure piston compressors for breathing air, buoyancy control and inert gas blanketing and generation. (An oil tanker would use a compressor to pump in nitrogen instead of air to sit on top of the oil).
