Compressor Training Animations

Below you will see links to compressor training animations which show the working principles behind some CompAir compressors.

Moving your mouse over the animation will display text explaining each part of the machine, the buttons stop and start the sequence and change the configuration of the machine (like converting from aircooled to watercooled options for example).

EK Airend Training Animation This animation shows shows how oil lubricates the rotary screws during operation of the compressor.

Hydrovane Compressor (HV Series)

HV Series Hydrovane animation. This animation shows the working principles behind the rotary vane concept. Please click the green "start" button to begin the animation. It includes the Reduced Energy Venting System (R.E.V.S.)

Oil-free Rotary Screw Compressors (D and DH series)

D Series Dryclon.

	D Series Dryclon Lubrication System Shows how oil is used to cool and lubricate the compressor.
	D Series Dryclon Powered Breather Package Shows how oil is reclaimed from the lubrication and cooling system and put back into the gear box. (click on the animation to see the stages)
	D Series Dryclon Regulation System Shows the basic working principles behind the control system for the D Series machines.

DH Series
	DH Series Working Principles Shows the working principles behind the fixed speed DH Machines.
DH Series water treatment system. The DH series needs water to lubricate the compressor. This enters the compressor as a drinkable supply, but needs to be specially purified. This animation shows how the diaphragm pumps water through the treatment system to achieve this.     DH series suction regulator shows how the pneumatic control system regulates the air intake on all DH Series machines.
